5. Grant of License

Jinaan Technology grants you the right to access and use our software products and services solely for your lawful purposes for the duration of this Agreement. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any component of our software
• Create derivative works based on any component of our software
• Allow any third party to use or have access to any component of our software

6. Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that our software products, services, and documentation are the property of Jinaan Technology or its licensors and not yours, and you will use our software and services only under the terms and conditions described herein.

7. Fees

Certain services and products offered by Jinaan Technology require payment of fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be billed as described on the pricing page or order form applicable to the particular service or product. You shall pay all sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other assessments in the nature of taxes however designated on the services or products or their use on or resulting from this Agreement.

8. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of our services, you need to sign up by providing your information and creating a username and password. You will be asked to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms on this Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username and password that you choose or is chosen by your web administrator on your behalf, to access this Site as well as any activity that occurs under your username/password. You will not misuse or share your username or password, misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an entity, impersonate any person or entity, or misstate the origin of any materials you are exposed to through this Site.

You agree that Jinaan Technology may send electronic mails to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Jinaan Technology's products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as we deem appropriate. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, please use the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

11. Terms of Termination

Jinaan Technology, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if:

• We suspect that you are endangering our services or platform
• You commit any material breach of your obligations under this Agreement
• You cease to carry on business or become unable to pay your debts
• You have or may become incapable of performing your obligations under this Agreement

Should this Agreement be terminated, all amounts owed by you under this Agreement shall be immediately due and payable. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Confidentiality

You may disclose confidential information to your directors, employees, or members of your group that need to have access to it for the purpose of this Agreement, and/or professional advisers subject to appropriate conditions of confidentiality.

13. Warranty and Liability

Jinaan Technology warrants to and undertakes with you that:

• We will use our reasonable efforts to provide the services and to exercise reasonable care and skill in accordance with these Terms
• We have full right of power and authority to provide the services to you in accordance with these Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinaan Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, service interruptions or errors, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.

14. Your Obligations and Warranties

You warrant to and undertake with Jinaan Technology that:

• You will not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Your content will not contain a virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful code
• Your content will not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, malicious, obscene, pornographic, profane, libellous, or defamatory under the laws of any jurisdiction where our services can be accessed
• You will not violate any local, state, national, or international law
• You will not infringe upon intellectual property rights
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• You will not spam, harass, or abuse other users
• You will not use automated tools to access the service without permission

Jinaan Technology shall take all reasonable steps to prevent security breaches in its servers' interaction with you and security breaches in the interaction with resources or users outside of any firewall that may be built into our servers.

Jinaan Technology understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our customers. Jinaan Technology is not responsible for supplying content or materials from the Site that have expired or have been removed.

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinaan Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, service interruptions or errors, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your content. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

20. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jinaan Technology.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
